ELOPEMENT PACKAGE
Includes 1 hour of time, chair ties (your choice of color), and the fireplace mantle beautifully decorated with candles (no flowers). Coffee provided.

1 to 10 guests:   $300 – 1 hour

 

WEDDING PACKAGE(S)

All “Ceremony Only” packages include:

  • Beautifully decorated altar with fireplace, candles, & floral arrangements (all flowers stay at chapel).
  • Chairs and Sashes
  • Candles lit throughout chapel
  • On-site Wedding Coordinator during your event
  • Sound System
  • Setup is done before your arrival, clean up is done after your departure 

Non-alcoholic beverages provided
Note:  Officiant is NOT included in package prices. You may use one of your choosing, or a chapel officiant is available for an additional cost upon request.

Ceremony Only ~ 11 to 30 guests

Ceremony Only ~ 31 to 50 guests
(No food or beverages allowed)
$550 – 2  hours

Ceremony Only ~ 51 to 65 guests
(No food or beverages allowed)
$600 – 2.5  hours

Ceremony & Cake Reception
Includes: Tables, chairs, linen tablecloths, center pieces, cake plates, forks, napkins, non-alcoholic beverages and cups
* You may bring alcoholic beverages with the required Banquet Permit issued by the Liquor control board:  visit:  www.liq.wa.gov
up to 30 guests: $900 – 4 hours
up to 40 guests: $1100 – 4.5 hours
up to 50 guests: $1200 – 5 hours
Note: This is a cake/dessert only reception, no other food is permitted (no snacks for guests). If food is brought in your event will change to the Ceremony & Meal Reception and additional fees will apply.

Ceremony & Meal Reception ~ Seating up to 60 (Includes bridal couple)
Includes: Tables, chairs, linen tablecloths, center pieces, dinner plates, flatware, cups, napkins, cake plates, forks, napkins, non-alcoholic beverages and cups.
Floral centerpieces (all flowers to remain at chapel – available for purchase)

up to 30 guests: $1300 – 5 hours
up to 40 guests: $1500 – 6 hours
up to 50 guest: $1700 – 7 hours

Gratuity
Most venue’s add on an additional 15-20% gratuity charge. We leave this up to your discretion.

Event/Damage deposit on all packages
$100. This refundable deposit is in addition to package price. It covers damage and/or excessive cleaning by staff, if required. Early arrivals and/or late departures will be billed and deducted from this deposit at $50 per ½ hour in ½ hour increments.

  • For full reception events we do not require exclusive caterers ~ you are welcome to bring your own cake and/or food or use the caterer of your choice. See our “Preferred Vendors’ tab for a list of our favorites!
  • Fee includes general clean-up (not to include tear down of your personal items).
  • Arrival time and departure time must be adhered to as stipulated on the contract. Early arrival and/or late departure will be billed at a rate of $50 per half hour.
  • Witnesses are available for elopement ceremonies if needed. Cost is $20 per witness.
  • A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date and time.
  • Any scheduling/date change for your event may incur additional fees. Please contact your Chapel consultant for further information.Prices effective 5/29/2020
